What’s next: Building beyond boundaries.
Three new communities are on the horizon that will chart new territory with each planned community having it’s own unique vision and commitment to be one of Richmond’s next landmark communities. Tree Hill, a mixed-use community in Henrico County that is designed in the new urbanism style, is bound by the historic James River and boasts a commanding view of the Richmond skyline. The Village at Westchester, part of a larger mixed-use community called Watkins Centre, is bound by Route 288 and represents Chesterfield County’s live/work/play community. Lake Chesdin, a village of homes and businesses, will be bound by miles of shoreline for its namesake, which is already a landmark in Chesterfield County.
